We are seeking an experienced HR Transformation Consultant, with experience of supporting large scale transformations who will bring experience, insight, and energy to drive complex solutions for our clients. We are specifically looking for an individual who has experience in one or more areas of change and transformation management, org design and development, learning solutions, skills and capability analysis, future strategic workforce planning, and an understanding of AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience of consulting with large, complex clients.
We are looking for a candidate who is also passionate about their career development, supporting their team members and expanding their knowledge across all areas of People Transformation solutions.
What will you be doing?
- Work closely with FTSE 100 clients primarily across a diverse set of corporate clients, for example Financial Services, Energy, FMCG, Telco, Pharma, Life Sciences, and Media.
- Supporting People Consulting projects and workstreams alongside a small team of consultants, to drive business change, integrating across large multi-disciplinary programme teams and providing direction and knowledge on the people side of the solution/implementation.
- Help to build and manage existing relationships with clients, and support in generating new client opportunities.
- Support the Managers in continuing to innovate our People Consulting tools and assets.
- Take a role in knowledge sharing and developing skills internally across more junior members of the team.
- Be a coach for junior consultants helping them to develop and progress their careers.
What will you need to do it?
You will ideally have proven consultancy experience in helping clients to shape and deliver their People, Organisational Design, Talent, Skills and Workforce transformation programmes and solutions:
- Change management experience, particularly supporting large technology transformations.
- Previous Consulting experience across a range of Organisational Design, Workforce Transformation, Learning/talent strategy.
