We do this by focusing on two key areas – delivering the people agenda on large scale, complex, change programmes and transforming the HR function by technology. HR Transformation Organisational Transformation Workforce Transformation We help financial services organisations – Banks, Insurance companies, FMIs, Wealth and Asset managers, and Fintechs – to change and adapt to the environment in which they operate. Or they may be driven by acquisition or disposal. We are looking for experienced consultants who can manage a variety of workstreams on complex, business critical programmes. however you will be expected to work across a variety of projects and programmes. Support our Partners and Directors on our approach for a particular client and then to manage delivery of this work Support business development and grow revenues from the existing work portfolio Use leading practice problem-solving methodologies to address client issues and structure projects Work and collaborate with colleagues from other service lines such as technology, finance, customer, or analytics Deliver high quality analysis that combines KPMG expertise and market insight with quantitative and qualitative analysis Help generate thought leadership, improve knowledge sharing and develop consulting skills within our team Develop the team culture, inspiring and empowering team members and supporting their career development Strong expertise in HR Transformation, Learning solutions, Organisational Transformation, or Workforce Transformation Experience of the core techniques of leadership alignment, case for change, stakeholder identification and management, sequencing for the change programme, communication and engagement, impact assessment, and planning people transition. In the area of technology implementation, we would expect experience of user adoption approaches including training and awareness. We are looking for candidates who understand the financial services environment and have undertaken consulting projects in one or more of the sub-sectors mentioned above It is anticipated candidates will have experience in consulting, ideally with a recognised professional services firm, or global consultancy.
