In the Finance Transformation team, we improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the finance function and generate real insights to help deliver value to the business. Our mission statement is to help our clients create and evolve a digitally enabled, human centric, and integrated finance function. Our Financial Transformation practice is a priority area for significant and strategic growth. We work with leading public sector clients, focusing on understanding the core issues and opportunities to deliver value-adding change across their finance functions.

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated Manager to join our market leading Infrastructure, Government and the ability to deliver clear, concise, focused messages to senior finance team members or clients. Knowledge of how Finance processes are enabled within a finance systems landscape (with a focus of one of the major ERP technologies: Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, WorkDay).
Skills we’d love to see/Amazing Extras:
- Prior client facing consulting or audit experience, gained from with a major Consultancy or Professional Services organisation.
- Experience of finance transformation as part of a major Local Government Restructuring (LGR).
We are open to talk to talent across the country but our core hubs for this role are: London, Canary Wharf, Birmingham, Watford. With 20 sites across the UK, we can potentially facilitate office work, working from home, flexible hours, and part-time options.
