The Powered Connected Technology team is a community of technology focussed professionals who work together to deliver SaaS ERP based transformation programmes based on KPMG Powered Enterprise. The team use their functional knowledge and experience (e.g. Finance, HR, Procurement), coupled with their expertise in the cloud applications (e.g. Oracle, Workday, Coupa, SAP) to lead and deliver client programmes, to support pre-sales activities and to develop improvement and extensions to the Powered Enterprise model. KPMG are growing their Powered Connected Technology team to meet an ever-increasing demand for our market leading services and are seeking technology management consultants with relevant expertise and experience.
What will you be doing?
- Work collaboratively with client business, IT team and SI to develop a suitable test strategy and plans for the project
- Build test strategies and detailed test plans for the delivery of testing on projects.
- Manage teams in designing and continuously developing test scripts / suites for functional & technical testing of applications
- Manage the execution of tests / suites and report results, capture run & key metrics over time
- Ensure application acceptance criteria for tests are fit for purpose
- Work collaboratively with client business and IT teams to record and analyse requirements for testing in the most optimum manner
- Manage the process of raising and resolving test defects in a structured manner and provide solutions
- Lead and manage testing on project methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall and other hybrid methods alongside helping with the budgeting of testing workstreams
- Delivering testing for the project in line to test strategy
- Lead and manage the project using various project methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall and other hybrid methods alongside helping with the budgeting of testing projects, where appropriate
- Assess testing risks and estimate, plan and prioritise tasks accordingly
- Reporting of progress on testing activities
- Management and delivery of test preparation activities
What will you need to do it?
- ERP Test Management experience
- ERP system functional knowledge (Oracle, SAP, WorkDay, MS Dynamics)
- Finance Business Processes knowledge – AP, AR, GL, Asset Accounting, Project Accounting
- Supply Chain Management Business Process knowledge (Procurement, Distribution, Warehousing)
- Customer Relationship Management Business process knowledge
- Azure DevOps (ADO) experience
- Consultancy Experience

This position will largely be based in London.
