Job Title: Data Integration Delivery Lead (Informatica Focus) – Oil & Gas

What will you be doing ?

  • Leading the delivery of data integration and data management projects with a focus on Informatica-based solutions.
  • Collaborating with sales teams to support business development, provide delivery expertise, and contribute to client proposals.
  • Managing stakeholder relationships across the Middle East, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Overseeing project teams, ensuring effective communication, and driving high-quality execution.
  • Supporting clients in defining delivery roadmaps for data integration, quality, and governance solutions.
  • Monitoring project performance and proactively addressing risks or issues to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends in data integration, governance, and Informatica technologies.
  • Contributing to thought leadership initiatives such as whitepapers, case studies, or industry presentations.

What will you need to do it?

  • Proven experience in delivering data integration or data management projects, with familiarity in Informatica or similar platforms.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with senior clients and technical teams.
  • Familiarity with the Energy, Natural Resources, and Renewables (ENR) sector, ideally with experience in the Middle East market.
  • Ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and meet delivery milestones for complex projects.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to the Middle East.

Skills we’d love to see/Amazing Extras:

  • Experience in managing large-scale data initiatives in professional services or consultancy environments.
  • Hands-on expertise with Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Cloud, or similar platforms (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Knowledge of data governance principles or certifications (e.g., DAMA).
  • Experience in dimensional data modelling using tools like ERWIN or ERStudio.
  • Certification in Informatica products or equivalent technical knowledge.
