As our Powered HR practice continues to grow, we are looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Manager / HR Process Lead with experience configuring ServiceNow HRSD to join our team. In this Manager-level role, you will be working closely with clients from both HR and systems backgrounds, translating business requirements into technical implementation.
- Take a lead role in implementing multiple ServiceNow HRSD applications.
- Manage and mentor onshore and offshore teams, overseeing design, configuration, and testing to ensure successful deployment.
- Combine knowledge of industry-leading practices and ServiceNow capabilities to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Drive delivery governance, risk management, and quality assurance across engagements.
- Support business development, proposals, and pre-sales activities within the ServiceNow HRSD space.
Our candidates should have strong commercial acumen, a strong desire to learn and develop, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong functional understanding of ServiceNow HRSD product and proven experience successfully delivering ServiceNow projects is essential.
Demonstrable knowledge of HR processes and delivering HR transformation projects, leading multiple workstreams and managing project deliverables is required. Awareness of Agile delivery methodologies is beneficial.
Amazing Extras: Consultancy background with experience assisting in pre-sales and business development. ServiceNow Certifications (e.g., Oracle or Workday) are advantageous.
We are open to talk to talent across the country but our core tech hubs for this role are in London and Manchester. With 20 sites across the UK, we can potentially facilitate office work, working from home, flexible hours, and part-time options.
