Role Description

We are seeking talented Senior Managers with experience in people centric large scale Organisation Transformation who bring experience, insight, and energy to drive complex change programmes – ranging from target Operating Model Transformation programmes Change – including ERP and digital led change, Global Business Services/Shared Services transformations, Customer, Strategy led change, and cost reduction programmes. This role will sit within our People Centric Transformation capability.

Work closely with FTSE 100 clients primarily across a diverse set of corporate clients, for example Energy, FMCG, Telco, Pharma, Life Sciences, and Media.

Lead complex people centric projects and transformation workstreams with a team of consultants, to drive business change, integrating across large multi-disciplinary program teams and providing leadership on the people side of the solution/implementation.

Build and shape relationships with clients on a daily basis.

Support in generating new client opportunities by leveraging your deep behavioural change expertise and network.

Take a lead role in continuing to innovate our Behavioural Change Management & People Centric Transformation proposition, tools and assets.

Take a lead in knowledge sharing and developing skills internally across our team.

Be a career coach for consultants helping them to develop and progress their careers.
