What will you be doing?
- Lead the functional and solution architecture design for SAP EAM programmes, ensuring tight integration with SAP S/4HANA across Supply Chain and Finance execution processes (e.g., P2P, O2C, manufacturing, and asset lifecycle management).
- Own and deliver end-to-end EAM solution design covering key asset management processes including Plant Maintenance, Asset Performance Management, Service Management, Maintenance Planning, and Mobile Asset Management.
- Conduct senior-level fit-to-standard workshops with client stakeholders to align SAP EAM capabilities to business objectives, operating models, and performance outcomes related to asset health and efficiency.
- Define and maintain the overall EAM and asset management architecture, ensuring alignment with enterprise digital transformation strategies, SAP roadmaps, and KPMG Powered Enterprise principles.
- Design integrated asset management and execution processes, ensuring seamless data flow between SAP EAM, SAP S/4HANA, and relevant non-SAP asset management or analytics platforms.
- Provide expert guidance on leveraging SAP EAM innovations, advanced analytics, and intelligent technologies (e.g., predictive maintenance, condition-based monitoring, IoT integration, and mobile solutions).
- Oversee integration strategies between SAP EAM and SAP S/4HANA using SAP BTP, CPI, APIs, and standard SAP integration patterns to ensure data consistency and performance.
- Lead delivery teams (functional, technical, data, integration, and change) across onshore and offshore models.
What will you need to do it?
- Deep functional expertise in SAP EAM, including Plant Maintenance (PM), Customer Service (CS), Asset Performance Management (APM), and integration with other modules like Materials Management (MM) and Finance (FI/CO).
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain and Finance processes and how they integrate with asset management solutions.
- Proven experience designing and delivering integrated asset management and execution solutions, including master data for assets, functional locations, equipment, maintenance notifications, work orders, preventive maintenance plans, and refurbishment processes.
- Strong knowledge of SAP EAM architecture, data integration approaches, and best practices for scalable and performant asset management solutions.
- Experience applying SAP Activate and fit-to-standard methodologies in asset management-led transformations.
- Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) for integration, extensions, analytics, and innovation in the EAM space.
- Knowledge of integration patterns and technologies (e.g. CPI, APIs, OData) connecting SAP EAM, S/4HANA, and third-party tools.
Experience:
- Strong experience with SAP EAM & ERP Lead experience.
- Extensive SAP consulting experience, with significant experience in a Manager or Lead role delivering SAP EAM programmes.
- Delivery experience across 2-3 multiple end-to-end SAP EAM implementations, including integration with SAP ECC or SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Proven track record of leading complex asset management transformations, balancing solution quality, delivery pragmatism, and client value.
- Strong experience facilitating executive-level workshops, shaping business cases, and defining asset management roadmaps and solution blueprints.
- Experience managing and mentoring high-performing consulting teams within a professional services environment.
- Proven experience leading and shaping SAP EAM-led RFP responses, including solution vision, delivery approach.
- Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues and synthesise large volumes of information.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and supporting multiple activities such as mentoring and capability knowledge transfer to enhance the practice.
- Team Lead Experience (on/offshore).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

This position will largely be based from London Canary Wharf and Manchester.
