We are looking for passionate individuals to join our Infratech team, part of the KPMG Infrastructure Advisory Group (IAG). IAG is widely recognised as one of the world’s leading independent financial and business advisers in infrastructure consisting of over 400 professionals.

We are strengthening our InfraTech capability within IAG to meet increasing demand from these organisations in support for how to use digital systems, data, and technology to unlock value from their assets and infrastructure. This is a fast-growing area offering exciting opportunities, building upon our global capabilities in Infrastructure, Real Estate and Asset Management.
As part of our growth, we are looking for a professional with strong experience in digital estates, smart buildings, asset information, data platforms, or technology-enabled transformation. You will be responsible for helping grow and deliver our Smart and Connected Infrastructure business within Infratech, working with client organisations and other KPMG teams to develop our offerings and value propositions. This is a client facing role for both business development and delivery, including stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.
What will you be doing?
- Support the Infratech Smart and Connected Infrastructure Lead in developing our value propositions and delivering engagements.
- Develop digital estate and smart building strategies, operating models and roadmaps.
- Lead workstreams delivering technology and system implementations, including integration and process alignment.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to drive technology adoption and change, including training and upskilling client teams.
- Support bids, proposals, and thought leadership to grow our digital estates offering.
- Work with KPMG's Global Infratech network to identify, develop and deploy appropriate tools and methodologies.
- Work with KPMG and client technology and data analytics teams to develop and deploy proof of concepts and solutions.
- Develop internal network with other digital, data and technology teams in KPMG.
What will you need to do it?
- Experience in digital transformation, smart buildings, estates technology and/or asset information.
- Experience working with data, analytics, and technology to solve problems and drive business improvement.
- Experience of developing strategies and applications to solve business problems.
- Strong consulting or client-facing skills with experience leading workshops and producing high-quality deliverables.
- Ability to lead digital strategy and implementation workstreams while coaching junior team members.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complexity.
- Understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
Skills we’d love to see (amazing extras):
- Analytical background including numerate degree (or equivalent experience).
- Understanding of system implementation workflows, cloud-based architecture, APIs or basic data engineering concepts.
- Experience with technologies such as Integrated Workplace Management Systems - IWMS (e.g., Planon, TRIRIGA, Archibus, Concerto), digital twins, geospatial systems or IoT platforms.
- Professional certifications (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, RICS Tech).
