Programme Advisory & Capital Excellence Manager
Base Location: We would look at London, Manchester, Birmingham and Leeds plus network of 20 offices nationally.

How you will contribute
· Manage the delivery of client facing workstreams, leading teams in the design and delivery of solutions that are end user focused.
· Produce high quality outputs with attention to detail and execution.
· Support engagement managers on financial and delivery aspects of engagements.
· Collaborate across KPMG’s broader service lines to design integrated, client tailored solutions.
· Operate within internal governance frameworks to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
· Monitor emerging trends and industry developments, using insights to shape practical recommendations and contribute to thought leadership,
· Lead elements of bids, proposals and wider business development activities.
· Act as a role model for an inclusive, collaborative culture aligned with KPMG’s values.
Key experience required
· Hands-on experience delivering complex infrastructure projects or programmes, either in consulting or industry.
· Strong track record in project-based delivery, leading teams across sectors such as energy, water, transport, defence, healthcare, government, financial services, or retail.
· Strong understanding and practical application of project, programme and portfolio management (P3M) principles.
· Evidence of high performance and career progression.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines.
· Confident communicator, able to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
· Proficiency with key project tools (e.g. MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Oracle, P6, PowerBI) and knowledge of other proprietary technologies welcome

· Professional certifications (APM PMQ/PPQ; MoP; MSP; PRINCE2 etc.)
· Experience in:
