We are hiring for the Global Engagement Operations Tax Lead – Global Mobility.

Are you a seasoned Global Mobility professional ready to lead complex international tax engagements and drive innovation across borders? Join KPMG’s Delivery Network (KDN) – a global organisation supporting KPMG member firms in delivering high-impact solutions to multinational clients. As a Global Engagement Operations Tax Lead or Global Engagement Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless global coordination, enhancing client satisfaction, and shaping the future of tax service delivery.
What You’ll Be Doing:- Lead global client engagements within the GMS GEMS network
- Manage team performance and foster strong relationships across KPMG country teams
- Drive process and technology improvements to support consistent global service delivery
- Stay current on technical developments in equity taxation, social security, transfer pricing, and more
- Represent KPMG with professionalism and credibility in high-level stakeholder interactions
- Manager-level experience in Global Mobility Services
- Strong understanding of national and international tax systems
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with equity taxation, global compensation, and tax technology
- A national tax qualification (preferred)
