As Business Development Director, you will lead the development and execution of growth strategies for key ENR clients, with an initial focus on National Grid. Your responsibilities will span client relationship management, market insight, and cross‑functional collaboration to secure profitable revenue across KPMG’s non‑audit service lines.
Responsibilities- Strategic Growth & Client Leadership – Design and drive growth strategies for a portfolio of key ENR clients, creating and nurturing relationships, originating opportunities, and leading successful proposals and bids.
- Relationship Building & Network Expansion – Expand professional networks at senior levels, develop deep client understanding, and collaborate with Partners to deliver cross‑service solutions.
- Account Strategy & Collaboration – Work closely with the UK Sector Lead, Global Lead Partners, and Client Lead Partners to develop account strategy and ensure optimal opportunity realisation.
- Relationship Management & Negotiation – Lead relationship strategy across the client portfolio, manage procurement relationships, and negotiate master service agreements and terms.
- Market Insight & Proposition Development – Identify and drive strategic opportunities, support proposal development, and keep up with sector trends to present tailored solutions.
