The KPMG Tax Technology & Innovation team consists of Technology Consultants, Business Analysts, Product Owners, Data Architects & Engineers, Multi-disciplinary Engineering teams and IT Service delivery professionals. We work on a large portfolio of systems that improve productivity and solve key business problems across Tax & Legal for our 2500+ tax & legal professionals who serve many thousands of clients.
As part of KPMG’s $5bn investment in technology over five years, you will play a leadership role in helping our clients and internal teams harness AI to better manage tax obligations and drive business value.
What will you be doing?
- Oversee a portfolio of innovative projects, leading a team of business analysts and project delivery leads.
- Work closely with clients to co‑create and implement AI‑driven solutions that address pressing tax challenges.
- Develop and deliver AI presentations and demonstrations, including both standard offerings and custom proof of concepts, to prospects, clients, and partners.
- Serve as a subject‑matter expert on AI applications in tax, advising clients on emerging trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Lead client workshops, assessments, and solution design sessions to tailor AI offerings to client needs.
- Oversee the implementation of AI‑enabled tax solutions, ensuring high‑quality delivery and measurable value for clients.
- Stay abreast of developments in AI, tax technology, and regulatory changes, translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Champion the integration of AI technologies within the KPMG Tax & Legal function, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to identify, pilot, and scale AI solutions.

Skills we’d love to see / Amazing Extras
- Whilst tax experience is not essential, an accounting or tax qualification such as ACCA, ACA, CTA or equivalent would be beneficial.
- Experience in the end‑to‑end sales of technology solutions.
We are open to talent across the country but preference will be given to candidates who are willing and able to work 2 days per week in one of our core tech hubs: Canary Wharf, London or Glasgow. We also offer flexible hours and part‑time options.
