The Opportunity

As the Front of House Coordinator, you’ll be the welcoming face and organisational heartbeat of our workplace – keeping front office operations running smoothly each day while delivering exceptional service to both internal teams and external clients. From welcoming visitors to supporting teams across the business with administration, you’ll be a trusted point of contact and key part of our office. The role operates within standard hours of 8:00am to 4:30pm, with flexibility required to accommodate office events.

Day to Day You Will

  • Deliver a warm, professional reception experience by welcoming and guiding visitors, ensuring health and safety requirements are met and attending to visitor needs.
  • Manage the national KPMG telephone line, responding to calls promptly, professionally, and efficiently.
  • Act as a first point of contact for internal staff and Partners, coordinating deliveries, catering and beverage requests, security access, and general front‑of‑house support.
  • Ensure meeting rooms and shared facilities are presented to a high professional standard, managing room bookings, resolving scheduling conflicts, and coordinating requirements within our teams.
  • Provide broad administrative support across the firm, including diary and meeting coordination, travel arrangements, document and presentation preparation, stakeholder liaison, onboarding support, and assistance with events and engagement activities.
  • Collaborate closely with the wider business support team, providing cover and assistance across various roles during staff absences as required.

About You

  • Previous experience in a customer or service focused role would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, can‑do attitude.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt and support the team when needed.
  • Physically fit for setting up with events (some heavy lifting may be required).
  • Maintains a professional presentation appropriate for client‑facing environment.
  • Eager to learn and fast to adapt to new tools and systems – proficient with technology and AV equipment.
  • Strong team player who collaborates and contributes to a positive team environment.
  • Highly proactive and demonstrates initiative.
