We are hiring for a Financial Services consulting role in Auckland, New Zealand. Our multicultural team delivers excellence to a high‑profile client base of bank and insurance clients across transformation, technology, risk, and regulation.
The Opportunity
- Deep financial services and consulting experience in the following domains:
- Transformation including technology and business transformation covering functional areas or domains
- Operating model, strategy, operational excellence, customer and operations, process mapping, business and personal banking innovation and growth
- Technology, core banking transformation, data governance, programme delivery, business analysis, change management
- Specialist areas such as Financial crime, payments, open banking, product, actuarial (life and general)
- Risk, regulation, controls, operational risk and remediation including customer outcomes
- Financial risk, prudential, treasury
About You
- Deep experience in financial services and a passion for client outcomes
- Ideal 6+ years of applied consulting and industry experience
- Excellent relationship‑based business development skills and strong network
- Strong communication skills, enjoy interacting with senior people in a fast‑moving sector
- Deep expertise and a strong reputation in your field, excited to bring knowledge to a new market
- Knowledge of best practice globally and locally, ability to think strategically and motivation to learn
- Strong values and an experienced people leader, motivated by the success of your team
