Group Digital is the UK and Switzerland firm’s internal technology division and is accountable for delivering a range of services across the Firm. Taking a holistic approach, this includes gathering requirements, solution design, build and run and the execution of complex change portfolios focused on security, data, core infrastructure and business applications.
Role Purpose: As Group Head of Digital Solutions (Group Corporate Services), you will own the strategy, governance, and performance of Corporate Services technology platforms and products. This includes end-to-end accountability for the product lifecycle, covering people, process, technology, and budgets for platforms such as SAP Hana, SuccessFactors, Microsoft CRM, Replicon, ProFinda, ServiceNow, and other core business applications.
You will ensure that Corporate Services technology delivers reliable, secure, and cost-effective solutions aligned to business needs, regulatory requirements, and KPMG’s values. The role requires strong leadership in stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and talent development to drive operational excellence and transformation.
Key Accountabilities:
- Strategic Leadership & Governance: Define and maintain the Corporate Services technology strategy, ensuring alignment with Group Digital and firm-wide priorities. Chair governance forums for Corporate Services technology; provide executive-level reporting on product performance, risk, value delivery, and compliance.
- Product Ownership & Lifecycle Management: Own the end-to-end product management framework for Corporate Services platforms, from ideation to retirement. Drive adoption of best practices in process optimisation, user-centric design, and continuous improvement. Oversee the selection, integration, running and optimisation of platforms such as SAP Hana, SuccessFactors, Microsoft CRM, Replicon, ProFinda, ServiceNow, and others. Ensure robust data governance, process automation, and technology innovation are embedded in all solutions. Own budgets and cost models for Corporate Services technology portfolios; optimise spend through prioritisation, vendor management, and value realisation. Implement transparent reporting on investment, ROI, and cost-to-serve for Corporate Services initiatives. Build and lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary team across product management, technology enablement, and process excellence. Promote an inclusive culture and champion capability uplift in Corporate Services technology and product ownership. Act as executive sponsor for strategic partnerships with technology vendors and service providers. Lead commercial negotiations and ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the senior point of contact for Corporate Services technology with business units and executive stakeholders. Influence strategic decisions on technology investments and product priorities.

- Strong experience managing budgets, vendor ecosystems, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to influence at Board and Executive Committee level.
- Experience delivering Corporate Services technology at scale across multiple jurisdictions.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and process optimisation standards.
