We are seeking a Manager to join our growing Corporate Treasury Services team, a global centre of excellence supporting leading organisations with complex treasury challenges. The role offers exposure to a wide range of advisory services, including risk management, treasury transformation, systems and technology, and technical accounting. You will work closely with clients to deliver high-quality solutions, lead project teams, and support business development activities.

What will you be doing?
- Deliver treasury transformation, risk management, and advisory projects, including strategy reviews, target operating models, and cash management improvements.
- Lead implementation and optimisation of treasury systems (TMS) and support emerging AI tools and automation in treasury environments.
- Conduct financial risk assessments across FX, interest rates, credit, and commodities.
- Provide technical accounting expertise, including IFRS 9 / IAS 39, hedge accounting, and derivative valuations.
- Support external and internal audits, including treasury-focused reviews and benchmarking across sectors (FTSE 100, housing, charities).
- Advise on regulatory and accounting change (e.g., IFRS 9, IFRS 18, ISO 20022).
- Collaborate on multi-disciplinary consulting engagements, contributing treasury expertise to wider projects.
- Develop client deliverables, presentations, and thought leadership materials.
- Contribute to business development, including proposals and client relationship building.
- Manage and mentor junior team members, supporting development and performance reviews.
- Take ownership of project management, including planning, budgeting, and quality delivery.
- Engage with senior stakeholders and represent the treasury function in client environments.
What will you need to do it?
- Strong corporate treasury experience.
- Consulting or technical accounting experience.
- Demonstrable experience working within corporate treasury environments.
- Exposure to treasury activities involving cash management and financial instruments.
- Experience gained in a consulting/advisory environment and/or technical accounting role.
- Evidence of working on transformation, change, implementation, or improvement programmes.
Additional skills we’d love to see:
- Treasury Management Systems experience (Kyriba, Integrity, SAP Treasury).
- Treasury consulting/advisory experience within a Big Four environment.
- Business development and client relationship management skills.
- Treasury technology, systems, data, or AI exposure.
- Strong knowledge of financial instruments, risk management, IAS 39 and IFRS 9.
- Team leadership, coaching, and mentoring experience.
- Delivery of complex stakeholder-facing projects.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel internationally to support global project delivery and practice growth.
