Transaction Services Manager

• Qualified accountant (Chartered Accountant or equivalent)
• At least 5 years previous work experience
• Transactions experience in a M&A / due diligence environment
• Strong interest in Deal Advisory and M&A activity
• Excellent analytical and project management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, drive and enthusiasm are pre‑requisites for this role

• Client‑facing interaction with senior decision‑making executives on a day‑to‑day basis.
• Lead delivery of projects including financial analysis and report writing.
• Presentation of findings and recommendations to clients.
• Managing and working alongside junior colleagues, helping them develop.
• Contributing to continuous improvement of service delivery and practice.

KPMG Transactions Services is the leading firm in Ireland in assisting clients in areas including financial, tax and commercial due diligence, pre and post‑deal evaluation, sell‑side assistance, financing and refinancing assistance, contractual discussions and integration. We assist our clients with capital markets transactions including IPOs, class 1 transactions, reverse takeovers and fundraisings. We work on project‑type engagements lasting from several weeks to several months, working extensively with significant corporates, domestic and international banks, other financial institutions, private equity and other investment funds, offering team members the widest exposure to acquisition and financing related activity.
