Responsibilities

  • Meaningful work in our Tax Consulting practice on a 3.5-year training contract, with a cohort of fellow graduates working towards their associate chartered accountant (ACA) qualifications and Chartered Tax Advisory qualifications.
  • Leading advisor in the M&A space, regularly advising on buy and sell mandates across all sectors.
  • Dedicated tax transformation and technology team who advise on the cross section between tax and technology, focusing on aspects such as the use of AI to deliver tax services.
  • International tax advisors to several large Irish & Multinational groups.
  • Extensive involvement in tax policy and working with government and stakeholders to shape tax legislation to enhance the broader economy.
  • Biggest R&D Tax Practice & leading Tax Advisors in Aviation & Finance.
  • Working largely across both Irish and international tax regulations.
  • Working with senior management teams/business leaders to review global business models and supply chains.
  • Economic and financial analysis to design and implement global transfer pricing policies for major multinationals.
  • Defending international taxpayers against challenge from tax authorities on major cross-border transactions.

Qualifications

  • Current undergraduate student in your final year of university or current master’s student at university from any degree discipline, including science, law, business, social sciences.
  • Minimum 2.1 current university results.
  • Demonstrated leadership and/or university involvement.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for a client-facing role.
