A snapshot of your peer group:

  • Relevant professional qualification or progression toward one (e.g., Chartered Accountant, Chartered Institute of Tax, or equivalent depending on your specialty)
  • Strong technical knowledge within your discipline
  • At least three years’ experience in a professional environment with exposure to complex client engagements

What You Can Initially Expect In This Role:

  • Assist with compliance and advisory projects on a diverse client portfolio, supporting cross‑border, NI, and multinational engagements
  • Work closely with experienced management team across compliance, advisory, and project-based work
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients
  • Support the preparation of technical analysis and submissions to regulatory bodies as required
  • Review work prepared by junior colleagues, providing coaching, mentoring, and constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with other KPMG teams—such as Deal Advisory, Audit, and Consulting—to deliver integrated solutions for clients
  • Bring strong communication skills, initiative, and enthusiasm to every engagement
