This role requires a minimum of four days per week working from the office.

- Advanced PC skills including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- A working knowledge of SAP and CRM systems or a similar database system would be a definite advantage but not essential as training will be provided
- Fast typing skills with a high degree of accuracy

Your responsibilities and achievements will evolve as you enhance your career with us. Here is what you can initially expect:
- Providing full secretarial support to a Partner within our Tax practice
- Proactive diary and email inbox management
- Booking of Travel and Accommodation
- Screen calls, taking detailed messages and handling queries
- Coordinate meetings (in-person and hybrid), teams and conference calls, travel arrangements (domestic and international), business lunches and dinners
- Inputting timesheets and processing expense claims for the Partner/Director group
- Generating client fees and WIP reports and carry out monthly/weekly reporting
- Create PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets etc and assist with proposals
- Maintain internal databases of CVs, credentials, proposals etc.
- Incoming and outgoing post
- Provide cover for other secretaries in their absence
- Assist with any other ad-hoc projects and duties as appropriate
