KPMG in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced commercial lawyer to join our Office of General Counsel Commercial team as a Senior Manager on a permanent basis. You will lead client engagements, review and draft engagement letters, statements of work, and customer contract terms, and you can be based at any of our UK offices. You will advise partners and senior stakeholders on commercial, legal and regulatory risk, own complex negotiations, and help develop templates and playbooks.
