Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with your portfolio clients, identifying opportunities for new work.
- Expand your internal and external network to generate new business, focusing on allocated clients and targets.

- Cultivate strong relationships with Corporate Finance colleagues to provide joined up tax advice to shareholders undergoing transactions.

- Control the financial aspects of assignments through WIP management and billing.
Qualifications
- We are looking for someone with a strong track record in Private Client tax who is eager to contribute to our continued growth.
- You will be a key part of the team delivering exceptional client service and actively participating in business development by bringing innovative offerings to the market.
- ACA, CA, CTA, ACCA or equivalent qualification with extensive personal tax knowledge and experience.
- Excellent technical specialist knowledge and expertise across all Private Client advisory matters, including shareholder tax planning, transaction‑based advice and advising on key tax reliefs (such as BADR and BPR).
- A strong commercial awareness that enables confident dialogue with business owners, complementing your technical knowledge.
- A proven track record of building long‑term client relationships with high‑ranking C‑suite senior executives and shareholders, leading to advisory opportunities.
- A passion for delivering exceptional service, underpinned by the strength and depth of your client relationships.
