As Head of IAM, you will define and deliver a modern, enterprise-wide identity ecosystem-enabling secure, seamless access for employees, clients, and privileged users across a complex, multi-entity environment. - Set the Vision: Define and execute the IAM strategy across workforce IAM, CIAM, and privileged access.
- Own the Platform: Lead the design, delivery, and operation of market-leading IAM capabilities (MFA, passwordless, identity governance).
- Drive Innovation: Advance modern identity architecture-identity fabrics, Zero Trust, and API-driven approaches.
- Integrate & Simplify: Harmonise fragmented identity systems across merged entities into a seamless, secure experience.
- Govern & Assure: Establish robust IAM policies, standards, and compliance frameworks.
