Responsibilities
- Work closely with Partners, Directors, and/or Senior Managers on complex projects to deliver technically excellent advice and service.
- Manage UK and cross‑border teams on advisory projects, liaising with specialists, overseas member firms and external advisers, and critically analyse and challenge their input to deliver successful projects and expertise to our clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Manage teams and coach and develop junior members of staff both in respect of technical delivery and soft skills.
- Manage engagement quality and risk processes and client financials.
- Be a role model for KPMG’s values.

Qualifications
- Qualified CTA or ACA/CA or equivalent.
- UK corporation tax experience.

Scope and Clients
Our clients include UK‑headquartered businesses and inbound groups across a range of sectors. Our work in the tax advisory space includes supporting clients with business and fiscal change, advising on new jurisdiction entry, development of new business areas, business reorganisations, tax authority enquiries, pre‑ and post‑transaction reorganisations, refinancing, cash repatriation, interest deductibility and the impact of global fiscal change (e.g., BEPS Pillar 2).
We work as a hybrid team, meeting in the office or at client sites at least twice a week to collaborate and learn, with flexibility over how you spend the rest of your time.
