KPMG Law is a fast-growing part of KPMG. We are now seeking to recruit a Manager (Solicitor) to support the growth of the Commercial and Technology part of our Commercial, Technology and Data team. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a team which works across KPMG providing our clients with commercial and regulatory-driven solutions.

The applicant should be a technology and outsourcing lawyer with knowledge of the relevant legal disciplines and experience of acting for clients on complex, strategic and/or international projects. The applicant should have experience in commercial contractual drafting and negotiation, particularly in outsourcing and IT arrangements. The applicant should have experience or an interest in lawtech. An interest or experience in legal operations and/or legal managed services would be an advantage.
The applicant should have business development experience to be able to support on relationship building (both within KPMG and direct with clients) and respond to client opportunities (whether through formal pitches or informal opportunities). A desire to contribute to our business development activities in an effective and business-minded manner is an important attribute for the role. The applicant should have experience of working with demanding clients across a spectrum of size and activity.
The applicant should expect to support on servicing and building the existing business of the team. The applicant should expect to help promote the team's work through participating in team and firm events, supporting on internal and external presentations and producing articles for publication. Experience in Financial services (e.g., banking, insurance, investment management, payment services) and Technology sectors would be valuable.
