Experteer Overview As Group Head of Treasury, you will lead the firm's treasury function to ensure funding, liquidity, cash visibility and governance support strategic plans. You will work with a Treasury team and senior stakeholders to strengthen forecasting, liquidity insight and treasury reporting. The role interacts with banking partners and governance forums to shape financing and risk management. You will help improve long-term forecasting and cash discipline, contributing to the firm's financial resilience and decision-making. Pay / Benefits
- Lead the Treasury function across operations, cash management, liquidity planning, banking relationships, treasury reporting and financial risk management. Develop and maintain treasury strategy and policy to ensure sufficient funding and liquidity for strategic plans. Improve cash flow forecasting with emphasis on long-term models, scenario analysis and decision-useful insight. Oversee cash flow forecasting across the firm, considering borrowing, investments, liquidity headroom and working capital. Support capital structure decisions, funding options and liquidity management. Maintain relationships with banking partners to support facilities, refinancing and funding discussions. Lead cash flow stress testing and scenario analysis for governance and leadership. Oversee treasury risk management, including liquidity risk, covenant reporting, controls and FX considerations. Ensure accurate and timely treasury reporting for Finance leadership and governance forums. Manage operational treasury activities: cash balances, pooling, investments, bank mandates, KYC, bank account governance. Collaborate with Group Finance to improve visibility of cash needs and impact of business decisions for UK & CH. Drive improvements to treasury processes, reporting, controls and ways of working. Tasks Senior finance experience in Treasury, Audit, Advisory, Corporate Finance, Financial Reporting or related leadership roles. Strong accounting judgement with understanding of cash, liquidity, funding and financial reporting. Excellent financial modelling capability; experience with forecasting models and scenario analysis. Proven ability to produce financial insight for senior stakeholders and governance forums. Understanding of cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, working capital and governance. Credibility with treasury teams, auditors and governance forums. Experience with treasury operations, banking relationships, funding facilities, covenant reporting or FX risk is beneficial but not essential.
