Overview KPMG in the UK is part of a global organisation of independent firms that offers Audit, Consulting, Tax & Law and Technology services. This programme includes the ACA Accelerated Programme or the equivalent CA qualification (ICAS in Scotland). The programme is designed to upskill quickly with a front-loaded structure and a blend of online and in-centre classroom courses, with opportunities to reconnect with your home department and peer group and to complete internal training and extra skills sessions. The entire programme is supported by your tuition provider and KPMG's dedicated Early Careers Development team. The remaining two years of your training contract focus on building a fantastic range of work experience, completing exams, and gaining the technical knowledge to apply to your role in the workplace. These programmes are designed to empower your learning journey at KPMG. Responsibilities and Learning Path On this graduate programme you will: * Study for the ACA Accelerated Programme or CA qualification (Scotland: ICAS) with opportunities to sit the majority of the ICAS exams in your first year where applicable. * Complete a structured training schedule including an immersive five-day induction, formal training courses, leadership knowledge bites, learning journals, online courses and networking events. * Attend internal training and extra skills sessions and reconnect with your home department and peer group. * Work toward professional qualifications while gaining a broad range of work experience in various industry sectors. Qualifications (minimum requirements) ACA or CA equivalent (Scotland locations). * GCSE Maths Grade 5 or B * GCSE English Language Grade 5 or B * 120 UCAS points from your top 3 A Level grades (excluding General Studies) * 2:1 undergraduate degree in any discipline Programmes and Sectors We offer professional qualifications in: * Governance, Risk & Compliance Services and related Internal Audit and Risk Assurance offerings * Forensic, Risk and Assurance Graduate Programme, including Investigations and Compliance, Dispute Advisory Services, and related services * Contract Intelligence team and other enterprise risk-related opportunities Within the Governance, Risk & Compliance Services teams, our services include Internal Audit and Risk Assurance and Governance, Risk and Compliance. Within Forensic, the specialist areas include Investigations and Compliance; Dispute Advisory Services; and Infrastructure Government & Health Transport Advisory. This team uses a combination of audit procedures and technology to deliver for clients globally. In each area you will develop business, technology and accounting investigation skills, and you will work with clients to understand governance, risk management and control environments. How you’ll grow with us You will work toward a professional qualification (ACA Accelerated or CA equivalent in Scotland). Depending on the office, you may work in a specific industry sector or across multiple sectors, with potential to gain broader consulting experience and to collaborate with other teams in the wider Enterprise Risk space while remaining relevant to the ACA qualification.
