We are seeking an experienced and motivated Workday HCM Manager to join our growing Corporate Services and People team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end Workday HCM implementations and optimisation projects for clients.
- Act as a subject matter expert on Workday HCM modules.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including HR, IT, and business leaders.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members and support their professional development.
- Contribute to the development of internal methodologies, tools, and best practices for Workday delivery.
- Support business development activities, including proposal writing, solution design, and client presentations.
- Stay up to date with Workday product updates and industry trends, sharing knowledge across the team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience delivering Workday HCM projects, ideally in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM modules and configuration.
- Experience managing project teams and client relationships.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Workday certification(s) in HCM or related modules.
- Experience working in a matrixed, collaborative environment.
- Ability to work flexibly and manage multiple priorities.
