Responsibilities
- Work closely with FTSE 100 clients primarily across a diverse set of corporate clients, for example Energy, FMCG, Telco, Pharma, Life Sciences, and Media.
- Lead People Consulting projects and workstreams with a small team of consultants, to drive business change, integrating across large multi-disciplinary programme teams and providing direction and knowledge on the people side of the solution/implementation.
- Build and manage existing relationships with clients, and support in generating new client opportunities.
- Take a lead role in continuing to innovate People Consulting tools and assets.
- Lead knowledge sharing and develop skills internally across the team.
- Coach consultants to develop and progress their careers, offering flexible working arrangements across 20 sites in the UK.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in large scale transformations and change and transformation management.
- Experience in Organisational Design, Workforce Transformation, Learning/talent strategy & planning.
- Skills and capability assessment and designing a skills-based organisation.
- Knowledge of how AI tools can enhance people and change strategies.
- Stakeholder management including defining right solutions for clients.
- Leadership alignment across workstreams.
- Core consulting experience in developing proposals, managing teams, project risk, influencing internally and externally, leading through complexity and ambiguity.
