The predicted salary is between 51750 - 63250 Β£ per year.

  • You will be able to draw on your strong Financial Due Diligence experience to work with a variety of corporate and private equity clients across ENR and Infrastructure space
  • Using your analytical skills you will interpret data, generate insights and construct solutions for your clients
  • You will be responsible for delivering large sections/full work streams from end-to-end and will add value to your clients by working together with other areas of the business to become a trusted adviser
  • Producing robust financial analysis, high quality Q&A , leading management and expert session and supporting your team by reviewing their work and coaching in day to day tasks.
  • You will be a key contact for the client and advisors on a day-to-day basis
  • You will have overall responsibility for cost management, reporting, monitoring of recovery rates against budget and invoicing
  • You will pro-actively use KPMG proprietary AI tools to enhance due diligence findings and deliverables We are looking for managers to join our Energy, Natural Resources (ENR) and Infrastructure team to support the continued growth of our TAS business.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing small and medium-sized financial due diligence engagements, as well as leading key aspects of larger transactions and carve-outs across Energy and Infrastructure sectors.

Relevant experience should include industries such as oil & gas, chemicals, regulated utilities, renewables, infrastructure assets, transportation, and data centres.

  • The role offers the opportunity to work with market-leading transaction advisory professionals across the ENR and Infrastructure sectors, with a clearly defined progression path.

The successful candidate will be supported in advancing to the next grade upon demonstrating the ability to take full ownership of large and complex engagements, together with the technical expertise, leadership skills, sector knowledge and behaviours required at that level,.

  • The ability to direct and operate in high performing, multi-disciplinary teams
  • Able to identify the deal implications of due diligence findings and derive recommendations for clients, clearly identifying the 'so what' aspect of findings.
  • The ability to provide advice and insight directly to clients and demonstrating technical expertise
  • A flexible approach so that you can adapt to changing requirements and re-plan accordingly
  • The ability to effectively project manage the needs of multiple stakeholders
  • Have previous experience managing upwards and reviewing output to ensure consistency and quality

Required skills and Qualifications.

  • Strong academic background with financial qualifications such as ACA or CFA
  • Must have at least 4 years of financial due diligence experience, with a proven track record of multiple deals performed across ENR and Infrastructure sector
  • Strong analytical skills including the ability to interpret data, generate insights and construct solutions
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Strong personal impact
  • Evidence of managing teams in a fast moving environment with changing client requirements.
