Responsibilities

  • Lead Complex Projects: Partner closely with Directors and Partners on intricate, high‑value projects, delivering technically excellent and strategic tax advice.
  • Drive Business Growth: Proactively identify and pursue new client opportunities, playing a significant role in our business development initiatives.
  • Cultivate Client Relationships: Develop and nurture robust relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor who understands their commercial objectives and identifies new avenues for providing comprehensive tax and advisory services.
  • Orchestrate Global Teams: Lead and manage multi‑jurisdictional teams on complex tax reporting engagements, collaborating with specialist functions, overseas member firms, and external advisors to deliver successful client outcomes.
  • Be a Key Contact: Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for audit and tax reporting engagements, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with audit teams and clients.
  • Ensure Technical Excellence: Critically review and meticulously document technical tax disclosures prepared by clients and their independent advisors.
  • Foster Collaboration: Build strong internal networks with audit teams and other departments, promoting cross‑functional synergy and knowledge sharing.
