Responsibilities
- Support large‑scale transformation in the National Security market to deliver a number of existing and upcoming opportunities.
- Help KPMG develop robust problem‑solving methodologies, structure and review complex analysis, and deliver clear and effective deliverables.
- Regularly interact with Partners, Directors and Senior Managers within KPMG to source insight, expertise and provide progress updates.
- Support interactions with members of the client's leadership team and develop strong client relationships across all levels of seniority.
- Contribute to planning and delivery of engagements, including work plans, timelines, project management and resource allocation.
- Work at up to 20 sites across the UK, with options for office work, remote work, flexible hours and part‑time schedules.
Qualifications
- Track record of working on complex consulting projects, including experience with business or operating model change, strategy development, strategic cost efficiency and management, investment decision support or business case development.
- Demonstrable experience developing business cases.
- Good understanding of consulting problem‑solving methodologies and how to adapt them for client challenges in the Defence sector.
- Strong consulting skillsets: qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis, storyboarding, report and slide creation, impactful presenting, team management, influencing and relationship building.
Desirable Extras
- Consulting experience within a ‘Big 4’ consultancy or mid‑tier firm.

- Hold current National Security Vetting aligned to a National Security organisation.
