About the role

This role sits within Advisory, which helps clients solve complex business challenges, manage risk and deliver transformation through specialist industry, technology and consulting expertise. The KPMG ServiceNow Practice delivers innovative solutions across the ServiceNow platform, including risk and cyber, customer and employee service transformation, technology operations, asset management, artificial intelligence and platform development capabilities. As a Business Development Manager, you will help expand market presence, develop strategic relationships and support the continued growth of the ServiceNow business.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Drive demand generation activities that build pipeline growth and support agreed sales objectives within target industries.
  • Identify and develop new client opportunities across industry sectors, emerging technologies and service offerings.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients, KPMG stakeholders and ServiceNow partners to create sustainable growth opportunities.
  • Support the development of compelling proposals, bids and integrated client solutions that address strategic business needs.
  • Contribute to market positioning, solution messaging and go-to-market activities that strengthen the ServiceNow Practice.
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure commercial arrangements support successful project outcomes and profitable growth.
  • Promote innovative thinking and collaboration across teams while sharing knowledge and supporting capability development.
  • Help develop strategic co-selling opportunities with ServiceNow and strengthen long-term alliance relationships.

Experience and skills needed

  • Experience in ServiceNow solution sales, business development or account growth activities.
  • Working knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities and their application to business transformation challenges.
  • Demonstrable success building and maintaining profitable client and stakeholder relationships within medium or large organisations.
  • Experience contributing to pipeline generation, sales pursuits, proposals and commercial opportunities.
  • Experience developing consulting, technology or service propositions that support repeatable business growth.
  • Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders, alliance partners and delivery teams to achieve shared outcomes.
