Qualifications
- Fully qualified or nearly qualified actuary with experience in a life actuarial function or life consultancy.
- Ability to manage concurrent engagements and contribute to shaping and implementing KPMG's tailored solutions.
- Strong technical and communication skills (written and oral), ready to engage clients and senior personnel from day one.
- Strong project and people‑management skills, with the ability to structure task allocations around critical goals.
- Strong coaching skills to develop junior team members.
- Previous experience within a consultancy is advantageous.
- Newly or nearly qualified actuaries from industry with the needed capabilities in client relationship cultivation, proposal assistance, and sales‑material development are welcome.
