This exciting role is within our International Tax team. As part of a high performing team you will work with a diverse portfolio of large clients across UK listed, PE-backed, inbound and family‑owned groups, and take on a variety of projects including BEPS Pillar 2, tax structuring and international expansion. We are looking for a talented and technically orientated Senior Manager level to support our rapid growth in international tax provision. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic and challenging working environment, supported by a strong and ambitious leadership team. Working in the International Tax business at KPMG will give you the opportunity to develop relationships with clients assisting them with all their strategic tax requirements. This involves giving advice on corporate planning and restructuring projects both in the UK and internationally.
Responsibilities
- Provide corporate tax advice to a broad range of clients to help them achieve their commercial objectives.
- Manage the delivery of technically complex advice, including BEPS Pillar 2 assessment and implementation, tax‑structuring refinancings, legal structure optimisation, pre‑/post‑transaction reorganisations, tax authority enquiries, and provide complex technical support to the wider corporate tax team.
- Act as a role model for KPMG’s values.
- Seek and pursue opportunities with targets, actively participating with Directors and Partners in business‑development activities.
- Manage proposals for new work, including delivering tender documents, presenting at client pitches and identifying solutions for client issues.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business and create opportunities for tax and other services.
- Manage aspects of the team’s operations and performance, including resourcing.
- Coach and develop more junior team members.
- Liaise with specialists in other departments and overseas offices to oversee their input into tax‑advisory projects.

Qualifications
- ACA, CA, CTA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent corporate tax technical knowledge and dedication to continuous development.
- Ability to develop, coach, and lead staff, and manage stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Inquisitive with attention to detail.
