The People Taxes group specialises in supporting employers to manage their UK and global income tax and social security compliance obligations and providing advice on employee reward.

The employment solutions group sits within People Taxes and focuses on UK compliance and reward KPMG's employment solutions practice is a dynamic and successful area of our business.

As a constantly changing and increasingly high‐profile area, the team can offer a broad range of quality career paths to ambitious people, advise clients in the public and private sector on a range of employment related reward and compliance issues including employment status, end of year reporting, CIS, reward and benefits, CJRS, NMW and payroll compliance issues.

What will you be doing?

What will you need to do it?

  • Building and maintaining client relationships through high levels of client service.
  • Supporting on the delivery of advice to clients.
  • Proactively winning work with the team by managing existing clients and spotting new opportunities through client and team interactions.
  • Supporting senior team members with business development and marketing activities, both internally and externally.
  • Managing work in relation to a wide variety of projects in the areas set out above.
  • Involvement in local marketing initiatives.
  • Taking responsibility for delivering work to a high standard and meeting deadlines.
  • Reviewing work carried out by junior staff managing complex projects.
