Our Tax practice provides a full range of tax compliance, planning and advisory services to the focused needs of high net wealth U.S. persons living in Bermuda, globally mobile executives, non-U.S. persons investing in the U.S., and to U.S. beneficiaries of Bermuda Trusts.
Reporting to senior management, the successful candidate will provide U.S. tax compliance and advisory services, assist with complex data analysis on transactions and structures, and build expertise in U.S. domestic and international tax rules affecting high-net-worth individuals abroad, globally mobile U.S. persons, non-U.S. trusts, and non-U.S. investors.
Requirements:
- CPA, EA, (or the pre-requisite to take the respective exams) and/or Masters degree in Taxation.
- At least 2 years of relevant U.S. tax experience.
- Interest in developing expertise in U.S. federal income tax return preparation for corporate executives, high-net-worth individuals, and non-U.S. trusts.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work at one's own initiative and within a small team.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work extended hours during busy periods.
- Relocation to Bermuda (assistance and work permit sponsorship provided).
