How you will contribute

Key experience required
- Experience leading and delivering complex infrastructure projects or programmes, either in consulting or industry.
- Strong track record in project‑based delivery, leading teams across the sectors mentioned above.
- Strong understanding and practical application of project, programme and portfolio management (P3M) principles.
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines.
- Evidence of high performance and career progression.
- Experience in developing new opportunities and winning work through trusted client relationships and leading bids.
- Confident communicator, able to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency with key project tools (e.g. MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Oracle, P6, PowerBI) and knowledge of other proprietary technologies welcome.
