Your graduate programme will start with an immersive five-day induction and from there the learning opportunities are endless. As well as dedicated study time and a tutor to help you pass your exams, you’ll have plenty of chance for on-the-job learning and to build a broad base of business skills, whilst collaborating with colleagues across the firm.

You’ll also have access to personalised learning recommendations from our AI assistant, SPARK, which gets to know you and can suggest the most relevant content to help you develop new skills and grow over the course of your programme and beyond. Technology plays a vital role in the way we support our clients with their complex business challenges. We’ll give you the resources you need to adopt the latest technology or even become part of our KPMG Digital Ninja programme. Our Digital Ninja community are junior colleagues who get exclusive access to new technology, tools and tech training – sharing their expertise with colleagues and helping our firm adapt to a constantly evolving technology landscape.
