Our Global Advisory team works with KPMG member firms around the world to help our Advisory practice meet its strategic goals. The Advisory function is one of KPMG’s three business lines, bringing together Global Consulting and Deal Advisory specialisms. The Global Alliances team builds and manages KPMG’s strategic partner ecosystem to accelerate client transformation and firmwide growth. We work with leading technology and service partners to combine their platforms and capabilities with KPMG’s deep sector and transformation expertise.

Role summary

This is a unique opportunity to build and scale KPMG’s global frontier AI alliance with Anthropic, driving go to market, creating differentiated AI propositions, and positioning KPMG as a leading ecosystem partner in enterprise AI.

Key Accountabilities

  • Go to Market Strategy & Proposition Development
    • Lead the definition and execution of a global go to market strategy for the Anthropic alliance, focused on priority use cases, sectors and target accounts.
    • Translate Anthropic capabilities into clear, sellable client propositions.
    • Identify priority use cases and drive demand in an emerging AI market.
    • Work across sectors and capability teams to build differentiated, market-ready offers for priority client challenges.
    • Drive global adoption by scaling repeatable propositions across member firms.
    • Continuously evolve propositions in line with Anthropic product development and market demand.
  • Alliance Leadership & Activation
    • Act as the global lead and primary point of contact for the Anthropic alliance, establishing a clear operating model and governance cadence.
    • Drive local activation of Anthropic aligned practice groups across priority markets, ensuring capability is built and converted into live pipeline and opportunities.
    • Define and drive the multi-year alliance strategy and annual business plan aligned with KPMG AI growth priorities.
    • Build strong executive relationships with Anthropic leadership, positioning KPMG as a strategic delivery partner.
    • Lead activation across regions and member firms, accelerating adoption and pipeline growth across the alliance.
    • Establish cadence, tracking and reporting to ensure follow through from global strategy to regional execution.
  • Sales Enablement & Pipeline Activation
    • Accountable for global pipeline, bookings and revenue targets tied to the Anthropic alliance.
    • Enable member firm teams to position and sell Anthropic propositions with clear messaging, plays and assets.
    • Drive direct sales engagement into priority markets, supporting deal progression and conversion.
    • Build, track and actively manage pipeline aligned to priority propositions.
    • Work with early adopters to test, refine and scale use cases into repeatable plays.
    • Support priority pursuits and account planning to accelerate conversion in key deals.
  • Partner Eminence & Market Positioning
    • Build KPMG’s profile with Anthropic through coauthored content, events and strategic market engagement.
    • Position KPMG as a leading partner in enterprise AI and agent-based solutions using Anthropic capabilities.
    • Drive visibility and recognition of the alliance internally and externally.
  • Ecosystem Orchestration & Integrated Plays
    • Define the role of Anthropic within the broader KPMG alliance ecosystem, ensuring clear positioning alongside other strategic partners.
    • Drive an ecosystem first approach to the market, enabling more holistic client solutions.

Experience / Knowledge / Qualification

  • Significant evidence of relevant experience in alliance, consulting, technology or ecosystem roles on a global platform.
  • Experience building and scaling new alliances or offerings in AI, data or emerging technologies.
  • Strong AI fluency, with ability to translate frontier AI (eg LLMs, agents, Claude) into business value.
  • Proven track record driving pipeline and revenue growth through alliance led GTM activity.
  • A business builder mindset, with experience creating new propositions and taking them to market.
  • Strong experience developing client propositions, taking new capabilities from concept through to market adoption.
  • Technical credibility to engage with both business and engineering stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of Anthropic’s solutions and frontier AI capabilities, and how to apply them in a KPMG service context.
  • Experience operating in emerging technology environments where use cases, commercial models and client demand are still evolving.
  • Experience working across complex global organizations, influencing senior stakeholders across geographies, sectors and capability teams.
  • Highly effective influencer, with the ability to shape direction and align stakeholders both within KPMG and with a strategic partner in a rapidly scaling alliance.
  • Strong communication skills with executive presence and the ability to represent KPMG credibly in the market.
  • International travel as required (subject to feasibility).
