This exciting role is within our London Region Corporate Tax Advisory & Compliance team, particularly based in our Milton Keynes and Canary Wharf offices.
Our clients include UK headquartered businesses and inbound groups across a range of sectors. Our work in the tax advisory space includes supporting clients with business and fiscal change. This can include advising on new jurisdiction entry, the development of new business areas, business reorganisations, tax authority enquiries, pre/post transaction reorganisations, refinancing, cash repatriation, interest deductibility and the impact of global fiscal change (e.g. BEPS Pillar 2).
We work as a hybrid team where we get together in the office or at client sites at least twice a week to collaborate and learn together, with flexibility over how you spend the rest of your time.
The Role- Being one of the main points of contact on a portfolio of clients on day-to-day tax matters and working with Senior Managers and Managers on our larger client accounts.
- Supporting on tax advisory projects by providing UK corporation tax input based on experience and researching topics and by working with other areas of tax and our overseas member firms to incorporate their input into our advice.
- Ensuring our clients are kept up to date with emerging corporate and wider tax developments impacting their business.
- Supporting on the delivery of UK corporation tax compliance services.
- Supervising the work of junior members of staff and providing coaching to support their development.
- Assisting our Managers and Senior Managers with client.
