Managing the commercial and contractual aspects of complex engagements delivered by KPMG to clients, including Blue Chips, FTSE, and large international corporates.
Responsibilities:
- Activate and execute agreed contracts and schedules to ensure understanding and management of obligations by KPMG engagement teams.
- Design and implement day-to-day contractual and commercial management processes to oversee revenue, profitability, and risks.
- Escalate and implement corrective actions when engagements deviate from expected returns or pose contractual risks.
- Proactively liaise with clients on commercial and contractual matters, keeping them informed of progress, benefits, and risks.
- Monitor and manage the contractual and commercial aspects of sub-contractors and strategic partners.
- Provide KPIs to Commercial Management leadership on client activities and value creation.
- Support the Engagement Lead in negotiating change controls and managing service levels.
