Your graduate programme will start with an immersive five-day induction and from there the learning opportunities are endless. As well as dedicated study time and a tutor to help you pass your exams, you’ll have plenty of chance for on-the-job learning and to build a broad base of business skills, whilst collaborating with colleagues across the firm.

You’ll also have access to personalised learning recommendations from our AI assistant, SPARK, which gets to know you and can suggest the most relevant content to help you develop new skills and grow over the course of your programme and beyond. Technology plays a vital role in the way we support our clients with their complex business challenges. We’ll give you the resources you need to adopt the latest technology or even become part of our KPMG Digital Ninja programme.

Our Digital Ninja community are junior colleagues who get exclusive access to new technology, tools and tech training – sharing their expertise with colleagues and helping our firm adapt to a constantly evolving technology landscape. Whether you’re just graduating or have already built up work experience after university, our graduate programmes will provide you with the grounding needed to pursue a range of new career challenges.

By the end of the programme you’ll have become professionally qualified and confident in your ability to deliver on behalf of the organisations we support, while building a network of contacts that will prove invaluable to you in the years ahead.

Our application process: Our process is virtual, from application through to securing an offer with KPMG. As you progress through each stage, our Recruitment Team will be in touch to explain your next steps.

• Explore and apply: Learn more about KPMG and explore the role you’re applying for. Then tell us about your academic background. 45 mins to complete
• Online assessments: Complete two online assessments measuring your ability to apply the skills and reasoning required to be successful in your role. 60 mins to complete
• Record answers to six interview questions: Draw on your skills, experience and career motivations to demonstrate your strengths. 40 minutes to complete
