KPMG in the UK is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to provide expert ER support across locations including Birmingham, Bristol, Glasgow, Leeds or Manchester. Reporting to the ER Lead, you will manage complex cases and advise senior stakeholders on absence, performance and restructuring.

You will collaborate with the Employment Law Advisory Team, HRBPs and People Leaders to foster a high-performance culture, mitigate risk, and drive efficient people processes within a professional services environment.
