The KPMG People Consulting function is a cornerstone of our business. Operating from London or Manchester, we do work that matters, serving the country with diligence and expertise.
Responsibilities
- Support client people consulting programmes of work to drive lasting transformation
- Support projects or manage small workstreams within a larger programme
- Help build and manage relationships with clients on a daily basis
- Develop your expertise through client work and commit to continuous professional development
- Help the Partners and Directors generate new client opportunities
- Contribute to the development of our People Consulting propositions and assets
- Support knowledge sharing and develop People Consulting skills within our team
- Contribute to team building activities and team cohesion
Qualifications
- Experience in at least one of the following areas: HR Transformation, Learning Solutions, Organisational Transformation & Change, or Workforce Transformation
- Understanding of the people environment and having undertaken consulting projects in one or more of the sub-sectors mentioned above
- Experience in consulting, ideally with a recognised professional services firm or global consultancy; in-house consulting experience is also valued
- Strong communication skills – ability to influence and communicate with senior members of a client team; strong writing, proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, comfortable working face-to-face and virtually
- Collaborative mindset – supportive of knowledge sharing and teamwork
- Strong curiosity and motivation – interested in clients, their business, and continuous learning
