As the Building Services Manager, you will be responsible for the hard FM delivery to the estate and oversee a team of engineers and all subâcontractors. In addition, you will be the main point of contact for all client liaison, meetings, and all the contracts' financials like the P&L.
You will report into the company COO and have dotted line and support from the Operations Manager. The successful candidate must have a proven track record in a similar role, demonstrating strong people management skills, client relationship building skills, commercial awareness, and a strong engineering background. You will hold all relevant electrical qualifications and have worked as a Supervisor as a minimum.
Our client is an established FM Service Provider that has a strong presence in the public sector. It is currently looking to hire a Building Services Manager to run the hard services at a hospital in Wickford, Essex.
