Our Properties Department within NFU Mutual aims to provide the business, its staff and agents with high quality, safe and secure premises from which to work. The Facilities Delivery Specialist will manage the delivery of hard facilities services for the NFU Mutual property estate, ensuring that business requirements, statutory and environmental obligations are met, whilst also representing best value and providing great customer service.

We are seeking a facilities management professional with wide reaching technical knowledge in all areas of hard FM services. The successful candidate will possess significant contract management experience, including evaluation, renewal, onboarding and performance monitoring. You will also have previous experience of Health and Safety management including the delivery of statutory inspections. You will ideally possess knowledge and/or experience of maintenance, operation and installation of HVAC and building management systems. Experience of energy management – for example utility contract management or implementing environmental and/or efficiency improvements would be advantageous. You will be an excellent communicator, able to develop relationships with and influence key stakeholders internally.
