About the Role

Working on a pharmaceutical contract in Cambridge. The fabric engineer will be working closely with their on-site engineering team and facilities manager, you will be tasked with proactively accomplishing the everyday facilities/maintenance requirements of their client within the set service level agreement (SLA) terms, ensuring all work orders are opened, completed and closed in real time.

Responsibilities

  • PPM's and minor reactive work
  • Water risk assessment duties
  • Emergency light tests
  • Ability to manage a busy workload whilst maintaining high levels of service execution

Requirements

  • Experience working within a similar role
  • Carpentry / joinery / plumbing / electrical qualifications
  • Legionella Awareness Training (desirable)
  • Must have a good attitude to work
  • Excellent client facing skills & experience working within the building service environment
