Our largest client is now looking to mobilise a new team onto one of their biggest portfolio projects. This role will be working across the UK on multiple government buildings overseeing the entirety of the works. The operation will be renewing and replacing current security systems. Reporting directly to the Lead Project Manager, you will assist with the administrative support to ensure all related documentation is issued, returned, checked, and updated in the relevant health and safety file for handover at the end of the project.
Responsibilities:
- Issue related documentation
- Print off monthly reports
- Recording of jobs
- Raising/Approval of purchase orders/invoices and uplifts, printing off approve to pay schedules for PM review
- Provide support to site engineers
- Obtain quotes from suppliers
- Collate & type engineers reports & commissioning sheets
- Issuing health & safety documents and certificates to clients when required
- Log non-conformities when required
- Upkeep of tender/project tracker
- Type equipment schedules/work programmes
- Managing diaries
- Maintain Project Database
- Updating drawing register/Issue Request Drawings
- Download Asbestos registers for each site when required
- Take and type minutes at meetings
- Creating sub con order templates
